An instructor course designed to empower you to deliver energising water fitness sessions for parents - it's all about their workout, their time, their bodies! Dive into a program that blends movement, strength, and confidence - giving parents a chance to focus on themselves while bub enjoys the ride in the floatation ring that doubles a workout equipment. At the Face to Face workshops you will have a more personalised experience AND you still get access to the online learning/assessment platform. You will also be able to join our ever growing instructor community where you will receive regular updates and support.
